Delivery and Payment – Ukraine

Delivery Methods:
We offer several delivery options, including courier delivery, "Nova Poshta" service, and "Ukrposhta". Delivery fees are charged according to your chosen carrier’s rates.

Delivery:

• Nova Poshta
  You can pick up your order at any nearest "Nova Poshta" branch or request courier delivery to your specified address. This delivery type is paid according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

Malina Silver covers the delivery cost for all orders over 2500 UAH to Nova Poshta branches. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, a commission of 20 UAH is charged for the money transfer, plus 2% of the total order amount.

Average delivery time across Ukraine is 1–3 days.

• Ukrposhta
  If there is no Nova Poshta branch in your area, we deliver via Ukrposhta. In this case, Cash on Delivery and courier delivery options are not available.

Malina Silver covers delivery costs for orders over 2500 UAH to Ukrposhta branches. Average delivery time is 7–14 days.

• Self-pickup
  We also offer self-pickup from Bila Tserkva, Oleksandriyskyi Boulevard 52.

  When placing an order, please select your preferred payment method.

Malina Silver offers two payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) at the Nova Poshta branch*
• Online payment via LiqPay payment system

International Delivery and Payment

You can order jewelry to any part of the world. Delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta. This service is prepaid and costs 400 UAH.

Average delivery time is 14–28 days.

Payment is made through:

• Visa/Mastercard (LiqPay)

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs duties, which vary by country. This fee is not included in the product price and may be charged upon arrival in your country.

According to Ukrainian law, "jewelry products of proper quality are among the goods that CANNOT be exchanged or returned."
